This great ring features two nice natural turquoise nugget style cabochons resting in handmade silver bezels accented with silver dots. MAKER: Hallmarked H. IULE (stamped). Horace Iule (1899-1978; Zuni). Active 1924-1978. Iule was taught blacksmithing at the Phoenix Indian School, and silversmithing by his father. He taught silversmithing at the Zuni Day School.
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s).
SIZE: The ring is a size 10 3/4. It measures approximately 1 inch from top to bottom by 1/2 inch wide at the widest point. The total weight is 21.0 grams.
