Description
Michael Jordan autographed basketball by Upper Deck Authenticated. This ball was won in a raffle by our client when he was attending an Elmhurst College basketball camp in 1999 as a high school coach to help better his coaching abilities. The camp was headed by famed Duke men's coach Mike Krzyzewski. and the ball was presented to our client by long time Nike representative and basketball lover Ed Janka. It has sat in a basement in a clear plastic case since then. The registration card was never filled in with anything besides ITEM # 5239 and DESCRIPTION Jordan Authentication. The paper that came along with it is also marked 5239- Jordan Authentication stating "This item was signed by Michael Jordan at his basketball camps held in July 1998.Michael's signature was witnessed and authenticated by Upper Deck Authenticated and the patented 5-step hologram process. Lot # 47311". The hologram on the bottom of the card is BAF04559 which matches the one on the ball. The autograph has faded a bit over the years and is a Wilson JET Select indoor / outdoor 285. The ball does have three small areas that have issues as seen in the photos, likely from staying in contact with the plastic case for 23 years. Comes with both authentications in the same plastic case that it has been held in for all this time.
