Covers and first few leaves detached, covers worn, chart of Phillippins torn and laid in, frontispiece map with minor repair and short closed tears, a few others with short tears to gutter; some toning, a few stray marks to title and first few leaves. Fifth edition, the second edition issued in quarto and on heavy laid paper superior to other editions published the previous year.
