This lot contains an original oil landscape painting on canvas. The scene depicts a beautiful cottage house on a river. The color of the leaves on the trees suggest it is an autumn landscape. The artist of the work is unknown. The frame is approx 22" x 28 1/2" while the canvas itself is approx 18" x 25". Altogether the canvas and frame weigh about 4.0lbs. The painting is in average used condition with some chips and cracks in the frame. Patchwork on the back of the canvas suggests the piece has undergone restoration.
