The hat features a joined plastic net tape base with applied turquoise raffia ruffles and a turquoise grosgrain bow with raw edges applied at the back. The hat has a 20'' diameter with a height of 5 3/4''. In good condition with discoloration to the grosgrain band and bow, fading to the outer edges of the applied raffia ruffles, 1 small split seam on the raffia tape ruffles, if you have any doubt, please ask questions!
