Condition/Comments: This example is the variant with a NOT IN EXCESS OF 3.2% alcohol statement. It is IRTP. It has some mild humidity that affects the aesthetic more than the touch, as the surface is still quite smooth except for a few places where the humidity is slightly more advanced on the left side.
