Montholon transfers to the banker Pierre Laffitte 195 shares of the company of the new Poissonnire district, in reimbursement of the sums he received from the estate of the late Emperor Napoleon, such are stated in the two acts under private signatures made between Montholon and the Duke of Bassano. In the second part of the document, dated 1829, Montholon recognizes Laffitte's right to exchange the shares for land. Included: Duke of Bassano (Dijon, 01.05.1763 - Paris, 13.05.1839).
