Introduced by Henry Steele Commager and Embellished with Historical Woodcuts by Robert Quackenbush. Printed for the Members of The Limited Editions Club, 1974. Published by The Cardavon Press, Inc. It measures 7-3/4" x 11" x 1-1/4" and it weighs 2.6lbs. The Book is in used, vintage condition with signs of light wear and use, as expected with age. Please reference all of the photographs as they are a part of the description.
