Early vellum, all edges blue. 9 x 6 5/8 inches (23 x 17 cm); 88 [N.B page numbers 87 and 88 repeated at end, [2] pp., including terminal blank; 94 pp. Generally a very fresh unpressed copy, repaired tear to the gutter margin of signature M of the second work. Neat name of Johan Kuch? j. n. D to the title, occasional annotations likely in his hand.
A pair of rare works by this major Parisian printer, whose works are among the most elegant productions of the period for their graceful proportions and elegance of typography. The text is printed in a fine italic type, and the title pages in Roman majuscules. We locate only the Bibliotheque Nationale copies on WorldCat
