Description
(Disneyland, 1970s) An extremely rare store window display figure of Snow White. This figure was created by the same WED Imagineering model makers who created the beloved Main Street, U.S.A. window displays of the 1970s. These hand-built figures were only created in very limited numbers and were sold at Disneyland for a short period. This Snow White figure is accomplished in a composite resin with faux hair and a wooden base. The plaque on the base reads, "Snow White from the 1937 feature Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Measuring 10” x 29.25” tall including the 12” x 21” wooden base, Snow White is in good condition with crazing, stains, tears including a 3” one in the blouse, a 3” paint mark on her right hand, soiling, wear, and warping to the shape of the head from age and storage. A size L t-shirt is included from Van Eaton’s “That’s From Disneyland!” auction, which features a picture of this Snow White figure and reads, “The Fairest of Them All.” The shirt is in the fine unworn condition.
