Description
Opening a Six Square Silver Pot with a Window ?? Li Zhongfang ? Brief Description ? Li Zhongfang was a famous pot maker in the Ming Dynasty. He was the son of pot maker Li Yangxin (also known as Maolin) and a renowned pottery maker named Shi Dabin. People from Wanli (1573-162o). Skilled in making Yixing sand teapots, due to family tradition and apprenticeship, he has a deep level of expertise. His works are exquisite and skillful, with excellent skills. Li Zhongfang has been known to have made the "Dabin teapots" throughout history, but the styles were signed by Shi Dabin. At that time, there was a saying that "Li Daping, Shi Daming.". This teapot is a work of high body Ruyi decoration, transformed from a firewood kiln. Its materials are rare and its shape is quite unique. This teapot is unique in its antiquity, and its collection value is self-evident.
