A CARVED JADE 'POMEGRANATE' VASE
Qing Dynasty
Naturalistically carved and well-hollowed to depict a large ripe fruit with the skin partially open to reveal the seeds beneath, borne on a leafy stem with an attendant smaller fruit, and a small bat incised across the surface.

Condition
There are some minor nicks to the rim and also to the stem that forms the base, there are imperfects and inclusions in the stone.
