A CARVED LONGQUAN CELADON-GLAZED 'LOTUS SCROLL' JAR, GUAN
Yuan Dynasty
Carved around the exterior with a frieze of undulating leafy lotus stems above a band of upright petal lappets to the foot, covered in an unctuous sea green glaze.
29.5cm (11 5/8in) high.

0.5cm shallow surface rim chip.
6cm rim hairline.
Several body cracks running up from the foot.
Glaze hairlines around the base to the interior.
