A rare and early piece of Coca-Cola history. This Hutchinson bottle from Birmingham, AL, features a large Coca-Cola embossed logo in the front, as well as Birmingham, AL in block letters along the back bottom edge. This bottle was manufactured by the Root Glass Company, and shows wonderful age appropriate imperfections in the glass. CONDITION: The embossed logo on the front shows age appropriate wear to the raised lettering. The embossed town name on the back also shows age appropriate wear. There is a slight haziness to the glass on this bottle. The bottom edge shows age appropriate chipping as well as the shoulder and neck. The bottom of the bottle is marked "BC-C."
