Karl Lagerfeld designed the Boy Collection as an interpretation of the boyish charm that Coco Chanel was known for. Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life

which is why this new collection is called the "Boy Chanel." A slight change of pace from the usual Chanel designs, this bag is made of beautiful glossy patent leather and CC push lock closure. This particular bag is the original medium size of the collection and features a long chain-link strap with a leather pad that can be used as a long strap or looped around as a shoulder bag. Current retail price of the 'old' style medium size is $5900.



The exterior patent leather is clean with some light rubbing to the bottom corners and edges. The hardware is bright but there is scuffing and surface scratches throughout. The leather shoulder strap has creasing and some soiling. The patent leather under the flap top shows some discoloration and light wear. The main interior is clean throughout and remains in good condition overall.
