Description
Featured in this lot is this Blackfeet Kikuni polychrome Parfleche envelope circa 2000. The envelope features a wonderfully and professionally crafted Parfleche, hide, felt and polychrome natural dye construction. The envelope shows the sides and flap decorated with red felt and held on with a buck stitch and is decorated boy polychrome natural dyed geometric patterns. The envelope is marked on the back of the envelope as follows: EE-NEES-KO-WASEE - Orgyell - Pikuni 2000. The condition of this Parfleche envelope is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this envelope is 6 3/4" x 6 1/8" x 1 3/8". The collective weight of this envelope is U6oz.
