Containing one emerald cut ruby measuring approximately 10.25 x 7.40 x 4.30 mm, numerous old mine and rose cut diamonds and blue enamel detail, hinged with side clasp. Mounted in rose gold and platinum-topped gold. 6 1/2 inches inner circumference.
