Designed as a concealed bracelet watch, the hinged cover and lugs containing round mixed cut rubies and transitional cut diamonds, silvered dial signed Omega, manual wind movement and integrated double snake chain bracelet with foldover clasp. 18 karat yellow gold. 6 3/4-7 1/4 inches long.
