This exceptionally designed closed case gold filled pocket watch was designed by Waltham & dates from the early 20th century. The case is beautifully decorated with a floral scroll motif accenting an oval shield on the front & back. One shield is blank while the other features a hand etched sea shore scene with a lighthouse. The watch face is white with black Arabic numbers. All three lid covers bear the number 2498027. Additional identifiers include C.W.C. Co. "Trade Mark" with a crescent moon & star between the two words a double arrow sided cartouche with the word "Crescent" within & "25 Years". The movement is etched "A.W.W. Co. Waltham Mass 15 Jewels". The watch is in wonderful physical condition. It runs but stops now & then. It requires a thorough cleaning & a service. It is being sold as is.2 1/2" long X 1 3/4" wide X 3/8" deep
