Niels Otto Moller was a Danish furniture designer known for his modern and functional designs. Mllers Mbelfabrik where he designed the Model 85 Dining Chairs among many other chair models that have gained international notoriety.
J.L. Mllers Mbelfabrik was a Danish furniture manufacturer founded in 1944 by Jorgen Langkilde Moller. The company was known for producing high-quality furniture in the Danish Modern style using materials such as teak and oak. The company was in operation until the late 1970s.

Condition Details: This iconic set of Model 85 ladderback dining chairs by Niels Otto Mller for J.L. Mller Mobelfabrik has recently undergone a partial restoration featuring new genuine leather upholstery. The solid teak legs and frames are in 100% original vintage condition and do show some signs of vintage wear such as pressure dings and surfaces scratches which can be seen in the detail photos provided. We strive to leave all of our pieces in original condition whenever possible but if you're interested in restoration services please reach out to us prior to checkout to discuss refinishing prices and options. The upholstery redone in a rich genuine leather hide is in showroom condition.
