About: Attention collectors! This splendid 'balloon lounge chair' designed by Hans Olsen in 1955 is a joyful piece of Danish design characterized by a round silhouette and exquisite materials. Handcrafted in Denmark the round steel frame of the chair has an inviting suede seat in a fabulous faded red color. The armrests are solid teak and the leather has been fastened with laces that make a decorative detail to the back of the chair. Thanks to its lightweight structure and fascinating appearance from front to the back the chair will settle both by the wall or to the center of the room and can blend seamlessly against a myriad of design backdrops from MCM to Minimalism to Contemporary and is perfect for studio office or home settings.
