Japanese and West German. 1950s. The "Baby Space Gun" friction toy is Japanese and made by Daiya. The "Apollo 562" friction toy is made in West Germany by Blomer & Schuler. Marked, on box and bottom and sides of grip of Space Gun. Marked, with maker's mark- see "BS" mark on top of elephant, on topside of Apollo toy.

Size
Apollo: 2" x 4.25" x 4.25". Space gun: 1.5" x 6" x 3.5".

Condition
Both toys and their original boxes are in excellent condition. Space gun is tested and working but no visible sparks. The gun has light scuffs on the barrel and lower part of the grip. The Apollo toy appears to be mint and never used. Friction mechanism has been tested and is working.
