Description
American. 1941-1945. An eclectic grouping of WWII ephemera including "The War In Cartoons" by Elmer Messner, political cartoonist for The Rochester Times-Union. A collection of 100 political cartoons that cover the war from 1941-1945. Signed on the cover by the author. Two theatre lobby cards for the Abbott and Costello movie "Keep 'em Flying" released in 1941, a postcard booklet "Keep 'em Fighting ARMY" and a section of Kent's cloth of the United Nations, printed in 1942 by Percy Kent of Buffalo New York, depicting famous WWII battles. Book comes with a "Certificate of Authenticity" issued on May 22, 2008 by Ted Hake, Creator of Hake's Americana & Collectibles Auctions.

Condition
All in overall good condition, with some minor staining and wear to Kent's cloth.
