Description
Hong Kong. 1950s. The green car is marked "ELM". The "ELM" company reflected Louis Marx's initials and is confirmed to stand for "Excellent Louis Marx". Marx wanted his company to have a place in the Hong Kong plastics industry and in response, set up "The Elm Tool & Machinery Company Ltd.". All cars are made by Marx. Marked, "Marx", on box and underside of each car except green one. Marked, "ELM", on underside of green car.

Box: 3.75" x 13" x 8.5". Each car: 1.5" x 6.25" x 2.75".
Condition
6 original cars with drivers are in original wrapping and appear to have never been played with. Excellent condition overall. Green driver and windshield are detached and require repair. Frictions tested and working. Original box has some tears and holes at corners.
