Vintage Commemorative Pins, Silver Shirt Studs, Cool Early Marbles
Old commemorative pins are in gold and silver-tone metal celebrating the ë64-ë65 World's Fair, The Washington D.C. Capital Bldg., NY World's Fair ë40, and more. There is a pair of marked and tested men's shirt studs marked "Sterling" and tested as silver having blue enamel decoration and a tiny heraldic shield center marked "F.B.C." Studs weigh 9.12 grams. Also included is a pair of gold-tone cufflinks having a floral design with opal-like center stones. Last to list are two marbles and, per the consignor, they are Onion Skin and Solid Core early blown pieces. Pontils are apparent on both, one is 22.3mm in diameter and the other is 23.7mm in diameter.
