A late 19th century gold foiled-back topaz and split pearl cluster ring.

Approximate ring size L. 3.4gms.

Surface scratches/wear and light discolouration.

Band off-rounded, hence approximate ring size.

Layer of metal from the shoulders deficient.

Foiled-back topaz medium orangish-yellow hue, with light nick/nibbles to facet edges.

Split pearls appear well matched.

Split pearls have a cream body colour and rose and green overtones. With typical surface blemishes, and some with light nacre damage.

Length of ring head 1.3cms.
