This unique open faced pocket was produced in the 1940s by the legendary house of Longines for the famous Cuban house of Cuervo & Sobrinos. The watch is done with a unique process called Niello, a sulfide of metals and inlayed with solid rose gold as well. This process was used for many fine pieces done for the South American and Caribbean market and was seldom seen in Europe or the States. We have just serviced this fine and unique watch which means it will not need another service for many years to come. It also comes with a modern antique styled chain so you can wear it when it arrives.
