Description
A pair of antique Chinese Ming Dynasty Sancai finely glazed and hollow molded pottery figures of male court attendants. The figures are depicted wearing typical Ming court robes with rich folds and detailed draperies along their garments. Each figure is portrayed wearing a typical high court cap, standing on a glazed hexagonal base in a solemn and sincere pose. The heads are made in a stopper design. Date: Circa 16th century AD.
