Good condition, showing areas of minor wear and repair throughout consistent with daily use. Veneer presents well overall showing some grain separations with shallow rippling associated with the natural aging process of the material, a few repaired chips, and some stains, most notable is a heat or moisture stain to the proper front right corner of top.
