Late 19th early 20th century English porcelain shelf mantle display vase. Of baluster form. Rich gold gilt handles on opposite shoulders. Center features an oval cartouche with a hand painted river and mountain landscape scene on opposite sides against a royal cobalt blue body decorated with gilt scroll decorations, over stepped circular base. Signed ~ stamped with printed green factory mark with numbers below.
