Native American, Southwestern United States, Jicarilla Apache, ca. mid to late 20th century CE. A pretty basket woven from willow or sumac boasting a planar base, an ovoid rim surmounted by 2 loop handles, and straight walls adorned by dark brown and red-dyed steppe motifs. Size: 10.4" L x 8.6" W x 7.4" H (26.4 cm x 21.8 cm x 18.8 cm)
