Pair of Rare Vintage Nardi Italian Vermeil Sterling Silver & Ruby Inset Two-Light Candelabras. Beautiful hand made pair of gilt silver candelabrums, each with a square base designed as a stepped plinth, with sculpted chased shell feet, supporting a fluted cylindrical stem with beadwork trim, extending twin curving branches of similar design, from a central shell, nautical motif, the central finial surmounted by a sculpted blackamoor bust encrusted with rubies. Marked "M White Per Nardi, Italy, 925, other hallmarks. Measures approx. - 21 1/4" high x 15" wide x 8 1/4" deep. Total approx. weight - 253.65 troy oz.
