Dripping with two carats of round faceted diamonds, this elegant ladies dress watch sparkles with over 140 fine white diamonds beautifully framing its face as well as gemstones that are channel set along its bracelet. The case measures approximately 16 x 22.50mm. American made, circa 1937, this ladies Elgin is model 175 with manual wind working movement number 3761200. This sophisticated antique piece measures six inches in length and has a hinged snap closure. Gift boxed.
