Vellum document signed by the Empress near the lower right portion and countersigned by Napoleon’s half-uncle, Cardinal Joseph Fesch (1769-1839). Printed document on vellum, approximately 11 x 15”. Some toning, vertical and horizontal folds. This document names Madame Dessain de Chevriers as a Dame de la Societe de la Charite maternelle.
