Description
This is a pair of two gorgeous Chelsea figurines.
They bear the Chelsea (gold anchor period 1756-1769) gold anchor mark.
They are nice figurines of cherubs.
The figurines are approx. 2 3/4" by 1 3/4 and the are 2 1/2" tall.
The figures are in very good condition - they have no cracks, or crazing. Could have some very small damage to the flowers

They were well known for their figures from about 1760 and their inspiration was drawn from the French Company Sevres.
The Chelsea factory and the Derby factory eventually merged. This gold anchor period saw these rich colorful grounds and energy of the Rococo style, Some of the finest Hand painted porcelains!
