Each within a part-ebonized beech stand with engraved horizon rings.
Height 19 in (48.3 cm), diameter 15 1/2 in (39.4 cm)
Condition
Chipping and edge ware to the horizon rings, varnish and toning with craquelure, a few small losses to the surface of sphere, in some cases to the varnish and some to printed surface of the globes and of the globe surface and horizon ring; the terrestrial globe with cracks near Poles around brass hour ring, a restoration in the North Pacific, cracking to the wood of the horizon ring affecting the printed surface, one lacking pendant finial. *Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact and Doyle New York shall have no responsibility for any error or omission.
