AN EDWARDIAN SILVER AND ENAMEL INKWELL
by Andrew Barrett & Sons, Birmingham 1908, the hinged circular cover decorated with purple guilloché enamel centred by a gold-coloured bead, the underside set with a cabochon-cut garnet in a yellow metal setting. 13cm diameter, 16.1 troy ounces gross
The marks are clear. The hinged cover opens and closes well. The enamel is in good condition without damage. A small shallow dent is on the side of the base. In generally good condition.
