the first, with mark of Webster, pattern number 19837, enameled shield at handle, without a monogram; the second, with mark of Goodnow & Jenks, 1893-1905, retail mark of Bigelow, Kennard & Co., pattern number 30, without a monogram; the last, with mark of Towle, pattern number 7033S, retail mark of Bigelow, Kennard & Co., engraved "Margaret Mary Merrill / May 6 1913" and to the underside "From JFS"; all with reticulated handles.
