Description
Exquisite original clock made by master watchmaker Dale Mathis who used eco wood, Swarovski crystals, aluminum, acrylic, glass, and LED lighting for this statement piece. Mathis draws inspiration from the fantasy designs of H.G. Wells and Jules Verne, and from Surrealist artist Salvador Dali. In Mathis' own words, the Behalf clock embodies the relationship between couples in a constant state of movement, showing the hard work of the gear mechanisms... Each half of the circle, as different as they may be, compliments the other. Plaque on verso: Dale Mathis BC066 (from a limited edition of 500.)
