By Beadsman out of Bas Bleu - Trained by Porter - Ridden by John Wells.Pretender was the wWinner of the 2000 Guineas STakes at Newmarket and the Derby Stakes at Epsom 1869. By Adventurer out of Ferina. Trained by Dawson....Ridden by J Osborne. Ayrshire was the winner of the Derby Stakes at Epsom 1886. The Champagne Stakes at Doncaster and the 2000 Guineas.By Hampton out of Atalanta. Trained by M Dawson....Ridden by P Barrett.
