[JACKSON, THOMAS "STONEWALL" (1824-1863)]. Tintype copy of the last portrait of Stonewall Jackson. N.p., ca 1863.
2 5/8 x 1 3/4 in. tintype in original sleeve, with inscribed initials on recto, "T. J. J.," and identification on verso, "Stonewall Jackson Photographed by C. S. Ham[n]it Traveling." A laterally reversed portrait from original "Chancellorsville Photograph." Housed in decorative frame with descriptive plaque below image, 14 x 11 5/8 in. overall.
