Framer's tape along edges of stretcher. 32 x 52in. Acquired from Gallerie Taj Caribe, New York Thence by descent. Gallerie Taj Caribe was opened in 1973 with a mission to introduce and showcase Indian and Haitian artists and fine arts to the Greater New York art community. Renamed to Gallery One in 1974, the privately owned gallery remained in business until mid 1976 on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
