Description
A fine Chinese imperial tea dust glazed water jar, dating from the Qianlong period (1735-1796). rounded body tapers high at the mouth goes slightly inward, covered with tea dust glaze throughout Incised four character square Qianlong mark on the recessed base.

Provenance: American Private Collection ,acquired from Kyoto ,Japan in the early 1930s,and thence by descent
