A group of 11 piece Japanese Satsuma tea set, dating from the Meiji pariod. Dragon themed teapot, creamer, and sugar jar. Also three saucers with a legion of soldiers walking together, three small cups with gilded handles, and a scalloped cup and saucer with dense design of bearded figures. Cup has a dragon handle.
Teapot: H. 6 1/4" (15.8 cm), Sugar Jar: H. 5" (12.7 cm), Creamer: H. 4 3/4" (12 cm), 3 teacups: D. 2 1/8" (5.4 cm), Scalloped teacup: D. 2 3/4" (6.9 cm), Saucer: D. 5" (12.7 cm).
