Circa 1920 Patek Philippe for Tiffany & Co. Pocket watch, 45 M.M. 18k Yellow Gold 4 piece case including Gold inside Dust Cover. 20 Jewel, mechanical, manual wind nickle lever movement. Porcelain dial with sunk seconds chapter. Aprail 1920 date engraved on the inside dust cover and engraved initials on the case back, ( removable if desired ) Case and movement signed both Tiffany & Co. and Patek Philippe. recently serviced and comes with a one year warranty.
