Greece, Athens, ca. 6th - 5th Century BCE. Terracotta vessel with central scene depicting four women playing harps and lyres. Women are clothed in black garments, with their faces, hands, and clothing folds highlighted with white paint. On top of shoulder are painted black sun rays. 6-1/2"H.
