original Patentschrift "Porsche 356 Nr.1", Patent Nr. 164684 luftgekühlte Brennkraftmaschine, angemeldet am 17. Januar 1947, ausgegeben am 10. Dezember 1949 vom österreichischen Patentamt, angemeldet auf Louise Piech in Zell am See (Salzburg). Um der drohenden Enteignung des deutschen Firmeneigentums vorzubeugen, wird am 1. April 1947 die „Porsche Konstruktionen GmbH“ in Gmünd Kärnten gegründet und am 24. April offiziell in das Handelsregister eingetragen. Die neue Gesellschaft unter Führung von Louise Piëch und Karl Rabe übernimmt sowohl die Belegschaft wie auch den Maschinenpark der in Österreich ansässigen Teilbereiche der „Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche KG“, zwei Seiten Beschreibung und eine Seite Konstruktionszeichnung. Rarität
