黃色玻璃材質，色澤飽滿明豔。壺呈葫蘆形，敞口，束頸，雙腹圓鼓堆疊，底內 凹。壺身通體雕琢雲蝠紋，蝙蝠展翅遨翔，祥雲迤邐，瑞蝠匯聚，寓意「千祥雲 集，洪福紛至」，展現古人對祥瑞的冀求。

自隋唐代時期，黃色始為帝王專用色，成為皇家的象徵。到明代，朱元璋更嚴 格規定：「官民器服不得用黃色為飾」，清代依循前例，黃色為帝王專屬。康熙 三十五年，清宮造辦處建立玻璃廠，為皇家製造各種玻璃器皿，頗受皇室成員欣 賞，將料器製作推向頂峰。其中鼻煙壺的形狀、種類眾多，玻璃鼻煙壺又可分單 色玻璃、套色玻璃、攪玻璃、金星玻璃、琺瑯彩玻璃、內畫玻璃等。而單色玻璃 鼻煙壺，顏色有紅、黃、紫、白、黑、綠等，斑斕多彩，以純正色調、細潤質感 與端莊造型取勝，深得喜愛。本品黃色之質濃郁勻稱，紋飾、造型盡顯祥瑞美 意，展露高貴氣韻。
