白玉質，質地細潤，光澤皎潔。牌呈圓角扁長方形，正面額首淺刻雙龍相望，龍身細 長彎繞，線條曲弧流暢，雙龍間有鑽孔，可穿繩繫掛。下方牌身長方形開光，內高浮 雕獵人與駿馬，駿馬體態豐腴，佩掛韁繩，垂首狀似覓食。馬背上有雄鷹回首佇立， 姿態靈巧。獵者身著戎裝，腰間綁棍，側身立於駿馬身旁，雙手抓抱一隻大雁，畫面 主題清晰明確，雕琢工藝俐落，些許黃褐皮色點綴其上，增添繽紛意趣。

背面額首與正面相同，然牌身開光內雕琢陽文行書詩文，詩句出自唐代張祜《從軍 行》，末署「宏晉」。詩文線條飽滿流暢，筆力遒勁，頗具筆墨韻致。玉牌兩面圖案 與詩意相互呼應，展現出從軍征戰之餘，尋鷹射雁切磋武藝的滿腔熱血，充盈激昂豪 情。本品材質精良，琢刻細膩，為清代玉牌佳作。
