An Edwardian silver-gilt 'anointing' spoon, having scrolled, beaded and geometric disk decoration to front of handle and engraving to underside, with double dragon head terminal, hallmarked Elkington & Co Ltd, Birmingham 1901, length 25cm; plus a Victorian silver pierced spoon, with ornate pierced scrolling to shoulders and quatrefoil terminal of conforming design, hallmarked Sheffield 1877. Overall weight 5.7ozt (180g).

• Items are in fair condition, showing general but minimal marks, wear and tarnishing.
• Recesses to decoration shows some darker tarnishing.
• Silver is bright and shiny to both items.
• Victorian example show some deeper scratches to bowl and handle.
• There are some repairs evident to area around shaped, pierced area to handle.
• Maker's mark to Victorian example is partially rubbed and obscured.
